Service Agreement
Before starting any project, a formal service agreement or contract is made with the client, detailing the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and other terms and conditions.
Service Availability & Pricing
All services provided by Digital Network are valid for a specific period. Pricing is determined based on the complexity of the project, time required, and specific client needs.
Order Acceptance & Confirmation
Orders are accepted only after a detailed analysis of the client's project. Our representative will contact the client via phone call, email, or Messenger to confirm the order.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. Work will begin only after receiving the agreed-upon advance payment.
Service Delivery & Timeline
The typical service delivery timeline is between 2 to 10 business days, depending on the nature of the work. The completed work is handed over to the client within the agreed timeframe.
Revision & Refund Policy
Most digital services include a specified number of free revisions as per the contract. Refunds are generally not applicable once the work has been fully delivered and completed according to the agreement.
Privacy Policy
All client personal information and project-related materials are stored with the utmost confidentiality and are not shared with third parties without prior consent.
Copyright & Content Policy
All designs, code, content, and other materials remain the property of Digital Network unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Clients are granted usage rights as per the contract.
